Use the sliding  probe to investigate how the amplitude of the sound varies along the length of the tube. Investigate interference, standing waves and nodes (points along the tube where there is no sound) Calculate the speed of sound. Battery operated and with banana sockets and BNC terminal for direct connection to your signal generator and oscilloscope.
